Dr. Yael Garti is a summa cum laude graduate of the School of Medicine of Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary. She specialized in ENT Medicine and Head and Neck Surgery at Meir Medical Center, which is affiliated to Tel Aviv University. She underwent a sub-specialization in medicine and surgery of the ear and hearing rehabilitation in children and adults at Bnei Zion Hospital in Haifa, under the guidance of Prof. Michal Luntz.
Dr. Garti works as a senior physician and surgeon in the field of ears and hearing rehabilitation, takes an active role in the cochlear implant project, at the ENT Department at Bnei Zion Medical Center. In her surgical training, she used world-leading most advanced and innovative technologies, including cochlear implant and BAHA surgery. Dr. Garti is active in research, she has delivered lectures at conferences in Israel and published papers in professional journals.
